Access:

The private car park has 18 spaces with 3 reserved for disabled parking, plus unrestricted parking on the surrounding roads. 

The whole building has wheelchair access and is at ground floor level.

Main Entrance:

Leads to main entrance vestibule, entry from here to the:

Community Room:

Approximate room size 6.5 m x 3.5 m

Facilities: Sink, kettle, microwave oven, conference and easy chairs, GoPack tables for committee meetings can be provided on request.

Access from here is to the main hall and via the worship area to Room 2 

Main Hall: Approximate available floor space size 16.6 m x 9.6 m   This room is popular for activities, fitness, choirs and children’s activities and birthday parties.  (Bouncy Castle hire can be arranged through an external provider) Facilities: Stacking chairs and associated trolley, GoPack tables, large and small.

Room 2:     Approx Room size 8.2 m x 6.0 m

This room is popular for smaller musical groups and social gatherings.

Facilities: Stacking chairs, GoPack tables large and small. Access hatch to the kitchen. 

Exit to the enclosed garden area

Kitchen:  Approx Floor Area 5.3 m x 1.3 m

Facilities: Two sinks, electric cooker, electric hob, kettles, electric urn, first aid cupboard. 

Access to the kitchen is from the main hall and Room 2.  The kitchen has an exit to the garden area.

Toilet Facilities:  The Ladies and Gents toilets were completely replaced in 2019 with modern facilities including baby change areas. The disabled toilet was upgraded at the same time.

The Ladies toilets are accessible from the secondary vestibule and the Gents toilets and Disabled toilet are accessible from the first vestibule.

Garden Area: 

  

Length 12.1m width 8.4 m and 6.3 m

Access is from Room 2 and the kitchen and there is a fire exit gate to the front of the building.

• Charges include a 15 minute setup time at the start and 15 minute set down time at the end. 
• Main Hall for children’s birthday parties (age limit 11, finish by 6.30 pm) £70 for 3 to 4 hours.
• Please bring bin bags to collect all party rubbish as we are charged for waste disposal.
• Main Hall for charities £45 for 3 to 4 hour session
• Main Hall and Room 2 charges are inclusive of the use of the kitchen.
• Community Room Charges are inclusive of the refreshment facilities within the room.
• It is a condition of hire that all hirers leave the building in clean condition for the next hirer. 
• Brushes, dustpans, mops for spillages and a vacuum cleaner are located in a broom cupboard.

A Yes the building is heated during the normal heating season. This is included in the hire charge above.
