Bible Study

Each Wednesday at 10:30am,

for approx. one hour and run weekly until Easter,

Deacon Alison* is hosting an online Zoom Lent Bible study entitled 'Woven' which has been written

by the London Methodist District. 

* Please note. On Wednesday, 3rd March, Richard Oliver will be hosting the Bible Study.

'Woven Together' introduction and videos.

Alison has now filmed an introduction and a series of 6 short videos which will be released each week of Lent.  They are short creative ideas to help you engage with an activity at home, based very loosely on the Bible study and the readings for the week.  They will be available from Sunday, 21st February and each week on the circuit website and YouTube.

World Day Of Prayer – Friday, 5th March 2021.

 Unfortunately, we are not able to hold a church service this year, but you are invited to join one of the on-line services which are being planned all over the country. For details see the WDP website:

Monday, 1st March  at 7:30pm. ‘Build on a strong foundation’ (Matt. 7 v24-27).

Praying Hands  

The Methodist Churches in Melton are encouraging their members to join in a 

Prayer Day, in our homes, on Thursday 18th March.  

All members of both churches will be sent by post a prayer card and a letter explaining the day. pr 

There will also be zoom Zoom prayer times led by members from both churches.  

We hope you will join us as we pray about how as a Methodist  people we can be effective Christians in our town.
